Our client in San Antonio, Tx is looking to fill a permanent position for a Help Desk Support role. This will be a day time shift of 3:30P - 11:45A and will be a part of a growing team doing level 1 help desk support.
- 3+ years of Help Desk Support experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Documentation/Ticket writing experience
- Basic Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Responds to Help Desk calls regarding on-line service, network or end-user related problems.
- Provides an interface for end-users seeking assistance
- Documents all calls and either solves or makes sure tickets are escalated in a timely manager and to the right support group
