Sr Process and Systems Lead

job summary:
Lead the development of the global vision for processes, systems, and tools that span the function of Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Procurement (GREFP)

- Develop the strategy to achieve our our vision for process, systems, & tools

- Develop & implement the mutli-year roadmap to achieve our process & systems strategy

- Ensure we are leveraging our data to improve business outcomes in support of the patient

- Lead the development of the global vision for processes, systems, and tools that span the function. These processes have a significant impact on the productivity of all Takeda employees (e.g. procurement process, facility processes, etc.)

- Develop the strategy to achieve our our vision for process, systems, & tools

- Develop & implement the mutli-year roadmap to achieve our process & systems strategy

- Identify, evaluate, and own the implementation of transformative processes leverging digital, automation, and emerging technology

- Document the current state (process & technologies); achieve alignment on the future state (processes & technologies); develop a multi-year roadmap to get us from current state to future state; manage the journey

- Question business processes with a mindset to eliminate, optimize, and automate if appropriate

- Develop business cases for implementing new technology / systems

- Partner with Global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) an IT

- Responsible for training people on new processes and/or new technology. Function as the champion / advocate for the new processes / new technology

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise (Breadth and depth of knowledge, application and complexity of technical knowledge)

- Knowledge of current & emerging technology & systems used in real estate, facilities, procurment, security, & meetings and travel

- Experience in developing a process & systems roadmap

- Strong business and financial acumen. Trusted partner to the business (stakeholder management).

- Exceptional writing and PowerPoint communication skills

skills: MBA or Masters Degree required

- 12-15 years experience in business process improvement

- Significant experience in applying technology to optimize business processes

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

- Experience working in a complex global environment preferred

- Exceptionally skilled at stakeholder management

- Collaborative and diplomatic

- Demonstrated track record of operating successfully with limited day-to-day direction and ambiguity

- Strong attention to detail

- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written.

- Extensive experience using PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project
