Job Description

Digital Product Managers oversee digital products focused on a customer segment vertical. The Digital Product Manager is responsible for recommending the product roadmap, driving the product implementation and customer rollout.

This position will respond to identified risks, ensuring that proper controls and processes have been established across the department. This position will prepare support teams as needed for customer care.

Essential Job Duties:

- Liaison with key vendors including software solution providers, market research and other related digital outside services.

- Share key digital experience trends and data points with key staff and key stakeholders.

- Lead cross functional and cross divisional implementation teams while managing key stakeholder relationships.

- Perform and/or ensure that detailed and effective business analysis is performed and acted upon by the relevant actors.

- Execute ongoing operations, KTLO and management of applications in the bank digital ecosystem. Manage digital staff, department operations and mentor junior digital analysts as assigned.

- Digital product managers lead the organization in creating requirements/user stories, define functional specification, and provide project management support to initiatives aimed at transforming the overall Company digital experience for customers.

- This role is responsible for analyzing processes, applications and tools, and support execution of projects to enhance our business, and developing expertize within the functional areas they support. This role will define the methods and approaches in performing the relevant digital business analysis.

- This role will often be called upon to support projects in one or more concurrent work streams. They must be self- managed and hold team members accountable for success. This role will drive the coordination across divisional activities.

- This role is required to document the relevant customer journey's and process flows needed to build an exemplary digital customer experience and efficient, scalable operation.

- Document 'current state' and 'future state' processes and functional requirements documents, including data flows, business rules and use cases.

- Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies.

Job Requirements

Education/Experience Requirements:

- Advanced degree or equivalent experience.

- 7 - 10 years relevant experience

Knowledge/Skills/Technical Abilities:

- Manage third party/digital vendor relationships.

- Mentor and manage work of junior business analysts and product managers.

- Recommend change management and testing results for go / no-go decisions.

- Begin to network externally with bankers, analysts and software providers to gain and share key insights.

- Build out technical specifications, write scripts, query reports, and utilize advanced software for agile and waterfall product development.

- Source and develop digital domain expertise by keeping updated on technology innovations in B2B and B2C space.

- Ensure Audit, Compliance and Operational risk goals are met both in departmental operation and product performance.

- Ability to use common agile development tools sets such as Jira, Confluence and others to generate requirements and test cases.

- Ability to develop presentation materials and present proposals to Digital Products Senior Management.
