The Research & Decision Support business unit plays a critical role in ensuring the future success of the Membership & Society Services Division by providing key business insights and answering essential business questions that lead to membership growth and effective and efficient member support. The group also provides guidance and solutions to other internal groups including meetings, education, and the mission driven work of our client, helping to set directions and strategies for their own products.

salary: $38 - 40 per hour
work hours: 9am to 5pm
This position will be involved in conducting research and analytics related to the Diversity, Inclusion, and Respect work stream. The role will be involved in tasks such as:
- interviewing subject matter experts
- investigating data sources
- documenting baseline information
- assisting in the creation of key performance indicators
- developing dashboards to track current and future state
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of applicable experience.
