We are looking for an IT support manager for a contract to hire role with one of our premier clients in the San Antonio area. This individual will Provide leadership, direction, and management to the Support Team. The support team includes Business software, Technical support, and related applications. The ticketing system is Atlassian suite, and familiarity with Jira software is a plus

work hours: 8am to 5pm
Three years experience managing a help desk team (IT or customer service) and evaluating performance.
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication with the ability to thrive in a highly critical, fast-paced environment.
Ability to document new processes and suggest improvements for existing processes.
Ability to communicate across functional teams towards common solutions.
Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities through incoming customer requests.
Experience providing remote support preferred.
strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers (PCs and/or MACs) to include desktop management, file management and operations, and working in a network environment.
