As a critical resource for the merchandising division, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and leading the implementation of initiatives in the areas of merchandising, pricing, and promotion management across all business units for the enterprise, involving both large and small-scale initiatives.

-Architect, and implement scalable and nimble solutions that enable the divisional merchandising and pricing teams to operate with maximum effectiveness and efficiency across the enterprise.
-Lead projects to successful completion as defined by predetermined project success criteria including those established by the business, capital expenditure and budget requirements.
-Eliminate ambiguity and potential confusion from projects by frequent, thorough, and effective written and verbal communication.
-Collaborate with Business Unit functional leads to identify relevance and value of all IT Merchandising and Pricing Initiatives and apply enterprise level thinking to all initiatives.
-Coordinate / Facilitate Marketing and Pricing product strategy and roadmap, supporting the Enterprise Merchandising and Pricing strategy.
-Lead RFP and Vendor selection process for enterprise marketing and pricing solutions.
-Responsible for overall design, integrations, and implementation of enterprise wide marketing and pricing systems.
-Responsible for technology lifecycle portfolio management from conceptualization until retirement in one or more areas.
-Influence the prioritization of business unit technology projects, optimal project structure and project administration to ensure strategic business objectives are met and risk is managed.
-Responsible for understanding business processes related to merchandising and pricing, and translating these requirements into technical solutions.
-Build relationships with software vendors to support building of critical path processes and enterprise objectives, as well as coordinate with team members on the deliverables required to support projects.
