Agile Coach

job summary:
Guide geographically distributed teams on newly introduced SaFe inspired agile model ensuring successful implementation

Assess the current state of agile practices to Identify potential challenges, collaborate with teams to define processes, metrics, and suitable practices to optimize product delivery, code quality, and product health

Provide on-going training to improve user story quality, story pointing techniques, user story mapping, backlog management, refinement and grooming, capacity planning, and iterative development

Organize Program increment planning sessions and guide teams ensuring teams are focused on the vision, goals, and purpose of the sessions

Coach teams on scrum-of-scrum processes to streamline coordination between teams, help identify risks and solutions

Define, implement, and instrument metrics to measure dev velocity, quality, and supportability, and drive measurable improvements

? Influence senior leaders and stakeholders on the Agile mindset and best practices

? Promote creative thinking and self-organization and improvement while helping teams to apply Agile practices, at scale, at all levels; team, program, portfolio
