The Ethics & Compliance Monitoring and Insights Analyst will be responsible for supporting USBU Insights, Analytics, and Monitoring operations.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Support execution of USBU insights and analytics operations
  • Access transparency, expense, call tracking, and other systems to validate analytics findings
  • Review supporting documentation for monitoring and analytics
  • Obtain data as needed to support monitoring and analytics operations
  • Load data to systems/dashboards
  • Support development of USBU-specific analytics and reports that proactively identify non-compliant activities
  • Support tools for insights and data analytics
  • Assist in efforts to share analytics, insights and reporting results with USBU business groups.
  • Collaborate on improvement opportunities where relevant.
  • Support analytics collaborations with Global and Local E&C peers and business personnel to test insight driven hypotheses
  • Support training initiatives to expand use of analytics tools

  • Ability to work with databases, data marts, reporting platforms, financial systems
  • Knowledge of SQL/relational databases
  • Programming knowledge (R or Python)
  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau)
  • Interest in the pharmaceutical industry and analytics
  • Understanding of state and federal health care laws/regulations
  • Work and deliver on deadlines while managing multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Strong customer service skills while interacting with all levels of management, field sales, marketing, marketing and sales vendors and partners.
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
