Our client, a global industry leader in the invenstment management industry, has an immediate opening for a Labor Operations Analyst on a longterm contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years working in Strategic Sourcing and Procurement teams at large companies specifically within contract and SOW labor. Qualifications/Skills:
-5+ years of experience in the Statement of Work practice
-strong knowledge of non-associate labor onboarding/offboarding
-Experience with Ariba Contracts a plus
-Experience with Fieldglass (or similar VMS) required -strong communication skills (verbal and written)
-Proven track record of meeting project timelines
-strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required

-Play a key role in rolling out a new VMS application (Fieldglass)
-Participate in the effort to complete data collection as part of the migration to the new VMS for Statement of Work (SOW) engagements
-Analyze the data to determine the SOWs that should be migrated into the new VMS
-Collaborate with the external suppliers and internal supporting teams to secure the required data/attributes/fields for the data collection effort
-Review and confirm the data to ensure that it aligns with the requirements based on data collection templates from the VMS SOW Module:
-Create SOW (commercial terms and staffing) in the VMS for all SOWs types (Time and Materials, Fixed Price, Managed Services) from a contract created in Ariba Contracts.
-Supplier collaboration in the VMS tools
-Complete onboarding activities for non-associate labor (assessment for fingerprinting, covered status and confirm completion of background checks)
-Complete revision processes for existing SOWs
-Verify completeness and accuracy of contractor requests (i.e., underlying SOW, hourly rates consistent with negotiated rate cards, resource location, SOW Model, etc) Worker Profile Module:
-Create and revise request in the Fieldglass Worker Profile Module as requested by the internal requestors for non-associate workers.
