Our client in Cincinnati is currently in search of an Agile Coach. The ideal candidate possesses the below skill-set.
- 10 years of experience in leadership or 5 years leading agile teams in strategic initiatives
- Experience mentoring cross functional teams
- Able to assess and communicate coaching, improvements, and change roadmaps
- Previous experience in working in financial services
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

An experienced Agilist Coach to help lead, advise, collaborate and coach others on the agile evolution journey. As a servant leader of agile development, this role will serve across the enterprise to help build our practices and coaching abilities to enable business and technical agility. The ideal candidate is agile-minded; they have hands-on expertise with multiple agile frameworks, the ability to adapt their stance based on context and have a focus on continuous improvement. Requirements:
Dynamic, professional, team-oriented, self-motivated individual; university degree/college diploma or equivalent business experience; 10 or more years of Influential Leadership. 5 or more years' experience collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching Agile teams in large strategic initiatives.;
Experience mentoring cross functional teams and influencing without authority. Ability to assess and communicate progress against coaching, improvement and change roadmaps. Proven ability to lead/coach large efforts involving multiple business units and support organizations
Experience with leading insurance industry initiatives is very desirable. Being familiar with leading/coaching large multi-million-dollar efforts, involving multiple teams on efforts with significant business implications across multiple areas, and experience in LEAN, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is also preferred.
