Analytics Manager

job summary:
- Product Owner within a Product Management team with responsibility for defining user stories and prioritization on an Agile Team

- Collaborates on the development and implementation of new systems and technologies within Customer Operations and Service

- Leads a team in high scope projects and ensures the seamless delivery of new technology to the users

- Collaborates with all groups within the Customer Operations and Service department to provide high quality customer experience, support the commercial and operating strategies, and gain competitive advantage through technology-led proactive customer engagement, and efficient terminal, equipment, and specialized services

- Responsible for prioritizing work tasks based on business needs including: gathering requirements, researching solutions, streamlining processes, and performs project work in support of business strategic objectives

- Builds and maintains Agile team backlog, with input from stakeholders

- Works with Agile team and stakeholders to write and refine user stories and requirements that include acceptance criteria and acceptance tests

- Effectively executes short-term and long-term system and technology goals

- Collaborates with IT and business partners throughout the development, testing and implementation of new and existing systems and technology

- Collaborates with business partners to ensure new and existing systems and technology meet business needs

- Review and prioritizes work with IT

- Acts as liaison between Customer Operations, IT department, and stakeholders and is able to communicate in both technical and non-technical terms

- Performs/coordinates user acceptance testing and quality assurance for new systems and technology and enhancements and bug fixes

- Works with customer service to conduct beta testing of our new systems and technology and enhancements

- Assembles and analyzes data requirements, researches solutions, streamlines processes, and performs project work in support of business growth

- Manages the work plan, sets timelines and milestones, and involves stakeholders to deliver on time.
