HR Operations Analyst

job summary:
We're looking for a HR Ops Analyst - Recruiting Systems who will be responsible for supporting technical resolutions for all Recruiting System application(L1/L2). This resource will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems to drive greater consistency, efficiency and results throughout the recruitment process. You'll need to understand every aspect of the hiring process in order to advise users on all recruiting operation and system topics. This role is part of the People Systems Team and will partner cross functionally with all levels of employees.

  • Supports technical resolutions for all application issues (L1/L2) within recruiting
  • Supports Incident and Problem Management including troubleshooting, problem diagnosis & resolution
  • Analyze, assess and resolve issues concerning systems affecting internal and external customer; this may include system issues, system changes, and/or new software upgrades
  • Continually upgrade knowledge and skill base related to recruitment products and integrated systems, to maintain support at the highest possible level
  • Manage applicant tracking system upgrades, patches, testing and validation.
  • Closely monitor the system upgrade experience and report on break downs and system failures
  • You will maintain documentation and training resources on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide timely follow-up to inquiries from Talent Acquisition or Hiring Managers
  • Collaborate with fellow Analysts, recruiters, sourcers and coordinators to understand all of their hiring processes and operational needs.
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
