Ideal Candidates:
Comes from a fast paced recruitment or HR admin role (2-3 yrs of experience, flexible on years of experience if ability is there)
Experienced coordinating interviews and scheduling in a global environment
Must be adaptable - jumping in as needed with ad hoc requests and changing priorities
Comfortable with g-suite (email, docs, sheets, calendars)
Must be a great communicator with strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Team fit - Team player, positive, 'can do' attitude - eager to jump in and contribute where needed
We are looking for an outstanding Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team in Boston. You will assist in all things covering our recruitment processes and also contribute to our internal projects within Talent Acquisition. As a coordinator, you will play an important part in creating an excellent candidate experience and ensure that the best talent will join the band!
What you'll do
Delivering a meaningful and flawless service-experience to managers & candidates involved in the recruitment process.
Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS and other relevant platforms.
Schedule and coordinate interviews in a global environment.
Perform administrative tasks and manage ad hoc situations related to recruitment processes
Continuously suggest improvements areas in our candidate experience
