IT Project Scheduling Specialist

job summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Working with country-wide Deployment Tech's in order to coordinate the deployment schedule

- Contacting Business Unit Owners for scheduling and updates

- Communicating with teams in order to coordinate roll-outs

- Service Now Ticket Management

- Manage tech staff work group to implement projects

- Vereco - Work with Vereco for printer assignments and builds for CC computers

- /Weekly Staff meetings - agenda items; clarify procedures/policy; demos

- Computer Move coordination

- Liaison with Space managers and room renovations/relocations

- Work with IS Program Manger and Project Sponsor on project implementation and completion

- Assist the team project managers in overseeing multiple projects from beginning to end with emphasis on leading the intake, assessment and coordination of the team

- Build strong communication channels with stakeholders, various departments, and cross-functional teams

- Assess each incoming request in terms of breadth, depth, and scope of assignment.

- Ensure that all deadlines are met under reasonable circumstances and communicate with client services team when priorities need to shift.

- Evaluate the overall needs of Client Services team to access which priorities need to precede another

- Work with Client Services, Project Management, and Creative team to spearhead production schedule planning from a project management point of view.

- Work closely with the Project Managers to keep a working knowledge of all current and upcoming projects and assist in determining team-wide bandwidth for future needs

Qualifications:

- Previous Project Coordination experience REQUIRED

- Knowledge of Windows environments, Windows 10 preferred

- Knowledge of applications, networks, computers, telephones

- Excellent communication skills required
