Inventory Specialist

Inventory Specialist

You:

As our Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing and reporting inventory levels, executing cycle counts, and performing inventory adjustments in Meraki's ERP system. You will partner with multiple departments and distribution centers to ensure inventory accuracy globally. You are a hardworking individual, who pays high attention to detail, has excellent problem solving abilities, and loves a challenge.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Planning and Distribution Center's (DC's) to perform inventory Transfers
  • Collaborate with vendors to perform Reverse Logistics
  • Manage cycle counts and maintain supporting cycle count records
  • Perform inventory reconciliations
  • ERP transaction
  • Manage Meraki's inventory email inboxes
  • Work with DC's to perform product rework
  • Other duties to include import/export audits and export compliance inquiry support
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 0 - 2 years of experience managing inventory levels
  • Excellent organization and communications skills (phone, email, meetings)
  • Proficient MS Excel skills (pivots, basic formulas, VLOOKUPs)
  • Experience with Dynamics GP or other ERP system
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
