We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join Cisco Meraki's Supply Chain group. Our team is on a mission to build Agile, Flexible, and Sustainable Supply Chains. In this role, you will ensure continuity of supply and materials in support of Meraki Sales.

What You'll do:

  • Coordinate Meraki's global supply chain functions including production and supply planning, procurement, and logistics
  • Support critical business functions throughout NPI, Sustaining and EOL lifecycle phases by working closely with the Hardware Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Finance departments
  • Partner with JDMs and suppliers to ensure production schedules are being met, resolve issues through transparent communication, and to drive action in times of demand volatility
  • Consistently and accurately update planning system to ensure most up to date information is readily accessible by key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with and support Meraki materials managers by providing forecast analysis, upside requirements and to clearly communicate defined production needs and objectives
  • Work closely with Meraki Operations and freight forwarders to ensure on time delivery and to support inventory management
  • Develop strong relationships with JDMs and suppliers

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • 2-3 years of purchasing, supply chain, cost accounting, or material planning experience in consumer electronics or hi-tech manufacturing industry
  • Exposure to contract manufacturing/JDM model
  • Prefer knowledge of ERP Operating Systems
  • Advanced user of Excel, VBA, Python, or similar data visualization tool is preferred
