Solutions Architect is needed to support the Operations Transformation Program including the Servicing Platform replacement, BPM and the Telephony initiatives among other key strategic priorities.
Demonstrate experience of defining architecture and data management strategies to support the Operations Business Strategy (Operations transformation). Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices/information security practices, excellent time management, prioritization, communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Preferable experience in Contact Center transformation programs and/or Business Process Management (BPM)
