This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management client's intranet (Synapse) and content updates for website, including responding to requests, writing/editing original content, as well as maintaining the department's Global Editorial Calendar.
Through content management and creation, this position will align with colleagues across the company to promote stories and events and develop content for an internal audience that is consistent, effective, and engaging.

This role is tasked with maintaining the frequency and quality of content published on Synapse, ensuring communications to employees are streamlined and effective. Additionally, this person will content updates for client's website, by ensuring review process is followed in a timely way and all relevant assets are in place. As a core member of the Digital Content Team, this individual will have the opportunity to contribute with story ideas for internal and external channels and partner with writers and video production to bring stories to life.
3-5 years of experience required. Bachelor's Degree required (Communications field)
Experience working with traditional, digital and social media
Ability to recognize and adapt good content / craft messages that create an emotional connection with the target audience
Ability to deliver a multi-channel campaign and manage it against a deadline.
