responsibilities:
As a SharePoint Administrator at the Client, you will work with a leading-edge advanced analytics team to solve challenging client problems, including improving information sharing, awareness, and inventory and acquisition, sustainment, and capability development. Design, develop, and maintain a Web-based SharePoint application using the latest Web technologies. Participate in the end-to-end software development life cycle for Web-based analytical tools to address client business needs. Interpret requirements through client meetings to develop mockup designs, identify requirements, vet processes with the client, stakeholders, and development team, and assist with implementing custom. Net solutions in an established analytics system. Participate in the full software life cycle from the initial phase of requirements to the end state of client acceptance and deployment. Document system processes and procedures in a clear manner, and work closely with other developers, analysts, and project managers to achieve the client's goal or mission. Support the client onsite in both on demand and pre-planned training events.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint or a content management system
  • Experience with end user interaction
  • Experience with implementing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript into SharePoint
  • Experience with software engineering concepts and the software development life cycle
  • Secret clearance
  • COMPTIA Security + Certification
  • Must be in, or willing to relocate to, the Warren, MI area
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with developing, customizing, and supporting SharePoint 2010, 2013 or 2016 portal solutions
  • Experience with supporting the branding and customization of SharePoint 2010, 2013, or 2016 sites
  • Experience with Microsoft Office application such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Experience with supporting user training documentation development and execution of training events
  • Experience with gathering and documenting requirements for system enhancements
  • Experience with software development for Web applications
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
  • BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
