HR Administrator

job summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day administration of all KLA employee benefit programs from health to retirement plans. You will address first level escalation, be a point of contact with employees and respond to benefit questions. Your role will help ensure all benefit programs are managed properly to maintain and enhance employee satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven 3 + years of comparable benefit experience

- Solid understanding of different benefit plans (retirement, health & dental insurance, 401(k), etc.) and relevant regulations

- Experience with Workday is a plus

- Proficient in MS Office and/or HRMS system

- Understanding of data recording and analysis

- Excellent organizational skills

- Attention to detail

- Understanding of the importance of confidentiality

- BS/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field

responsibilities:
- Maintain the administration of all benefits plans (health, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, 401k, etc.) including determining eligibility, enrollment and audit

- Resolve benefit-related issues, respond to queries and requests in a timely manner

- Complete coverage confirmation letters

- Support benefits team in ongoing communications, new and current projects and RFP process

- Process all benefits invoicing and reimbursement procedures

- Work with outsourced vendors to coordinate reporting and audit requirements

- Maintain and create process documents

- Collaborate closely with payroll and accounting department and ensure that payments and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner
