Job Description: OnBase Support Manager Consultant
Specific Technical Skills Needed:
- Certifications: OnBase System Admin / API / Workflow / Workview (Version 16 or above)
- Expertise in Unity Scripts, Unity Forms
- strong knowledge of OnBase Object Model and SQL queries
- Experience with Reporting Server and Dashboards
- Expert Knowledge of Windows operating system
- Knowledge of Networking concepts including load balancing, DNS
- strong analytical skills including business process modeling, system requirements analysis
- strong customer service aptitude and ability to interact & service advanced as well as inexperienced users.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Clearly define and document roles and responsibilities of all on and off-shore support staff
- Manage on-going schedule and on-call schedule of all support staff to ensure all key business operational hours are covered including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Coordinate with Helpdesk to ensure proper categorization, assignment, and resolution of tickets
- Develop performance dashboards to monitor the number and type of issues and outages and time to resolution
- For all major issues and outages perform a root-cause analysis and plan of correction
- Evaluate and Document existing OnBase patient solutions to identify opportunities for improvement as related to system performance and stability
- In coordination with Development team develop and deploy Workflow and Workview performance enhancements
- Coordinate with OnBase development team to identify if new code could cause any impact to existing OnBase workflows
- Coordinate with OnBase development team to identify if new code could cause any impact to existing external applications.

responsibilities:
- Establish a well-documented and effective monitoring and support system for all OnBase applications, servers, and points of integration
- Document potential points of failure for OnBase and related points of integration
- Document all existing monitoring systems
- Evaluate existing monitoring systems, identify deficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement
- In coordination with appropriate integration and monitoring system teams, develop and deploy recommended monitoring enhancements
- Develop and Document SOP's for OnBase support staff
- Work with OnBase Management to establish SLA's with key business stakeholder
