job summary:
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY The Full-stack Web Developer position is responsible for the
- Design, creation, development, testing, and support their websites
- Oversight of all process, data flows, and interfaces that feed content to all their websites or provide solutions/services externally to constituents
- Leading the usability analysis of all websites to ensure members and other business constituents needs are met
- Provide custom web application development using the .NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, SQL Server and other advanced components of Microsoft technology and provide training to programmer analysts who support the web services manager' responsibilities
- Work with business managers to create effective UI solutions that support business requirements
- Solicit user feedback and be able to analyze, triage, and integrate feedback.
Other responsibilities as designated in support of organizational priorities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for developing their websites to maximize the user experience and customer retention rate. Design and develop new application components using the Microsoft technology stack. Create technical specifications based on functional requirements and industry based best practices. Manage website testing following their testing strategy according to a given test plan and document results. Manage the identification and escalation of production problems. Manage the prioritization efforts to maintain and repair the existing web applications. Manage the operational effectiveness of the current web environments.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication, both written and spoken English, with both technical and not-so-technical people. Ability to explain why a design works or why it doesn't An understanding of responsive design and experience of delivering solutions to different resolutions and/or devices A proven track record of previous success in delivering scalable and complex web solutions Qualified candidates should possess:
- 5-7 years as a programmer
- Deep Microsoft platform skills

- Full software development lifecycle experience on enterprise-class, scalable applications
- A full stack developer, with ability to design, and develop backend/server code and front-end.
- Experience with ReactJS Development
5+ years of demonstrated strong knowledge and proficiency in the following:

- Object oriented development

2+ years of technical experience in one or more of the following roles:
