job summary:
Our client as a consulting opportunity for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to work in the central New Jersey office of an enterprise financial client.
Candiate will be supporting all Microsoft Office products as well as providing executive support. Engagement will include Office 365, Windows, Exchange environment and possible laptop deployment project.

responsibilities:
Primarily support workstation systems hardware and software issues
Support iPhone/iPad and Android devices
Physically move desktop technology from one office to another
Track assets with inventory software
Provide support for audio/video conferences
Install/maintain/troubleshoot both local and network printers
Contribute/share knowledge with the Team
Strictly follow procedures
White-glove support
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is Preferred but not required with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of technology preferably within an enterprise or financial services environment
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred
Windows 10 workstation build and imaging. Ghost/WIM/MDT/SCCM knowledge a plus
Knowledge of Mac OS, JAMF preferred.
Microsoft Office 2016/Office 365, TCP/IP troubleshooting, Microsoft Active Directory, Sysinternals Diagnostic Software
MobileIron/Intune MDM and enterprise integrated iPhone/iPad/Android/Surface
Excellent knowledge of security related software Symantec, Bit9, Kaseya, Aternity
Knowledge of Market feed applications, including FactSet and Bloomberg
Superior communication and facilitation skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Good technical problem analysis/solving skills
