Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements.

responsibilities:
Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements. Works with clients to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use cases. Evaluates the information from those multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client's business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group. Years Exp: 0 - 2. Experience: Relies on limited experience to accomplish tasks. Leadership/Contributions: Individual contributor. Reports to: Manager. Advanced Degree or Certifications?: No.

    minimum- 1-year loss mitigation experience

    work- out on financials- taking financial statements. tax returns. following guidelines of Fannie & Freddie

    strong analysis and negotiation skills

    remote for now- will be onsite after COVID (early Fall at the earliest)

    no college degree required
