We are currently looking for a Director of Infrastructure to lead our infrastructure team (Servers, Networks), as well as our Database Administration and Unified Communications teams. You'll lead in a matrixed environment with many stakeholders. Be a change agent, build trust, and understand how to balance results and relationships.
This position can be based out of either Rocklin, California (the greater Sacramento area) or Nashville, Tennessee.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For...
Prior experience creating and leading an infrastructure organization that is Dev-Ops centric and can support rapid releases.
Experience with Always on Infrastructures and the support that this requires
5+ year of experience in managing and supporting server/network architecture, telephony and infrastructure architecture.
Demonstrated success in managing and operating a capital budget of 4M to 6M+.
strong exposure to business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
Demonstrated competence in maintaining an infrastructure capable of supporting 1 million transactions per minute and achieving 99.9% uptime across core systems.
A change agent, someone who loves to bring new technologies, automation, continual improvement to an organization
Most importantly, someone who is grounded in their faith and passionate about the ministry of Educational Media Foundation.
Minimum 25% travel
