Randstad Technologies is hiring a Help Desk Analyst to fill a long term contract in Smyrna, TN( remote until return to office). Candidates should have 2+ years of experience on a helpdesk servicing tier 1 issues. Primary responsibilities for this role include answering phones and email requests, providing phone support and creating and submitting trouble tickets for higher level support. Technical skills needed for the role include Windows 7/8/10; experience with a trouble ticket tracking system(ServiceNow,Remedy) and remote PC access technologies. Key competencies include basic computer skills, analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as outstanding customer relations and service skills. This position is remote for the time being and will adjust as the markets and daily life return to normal.
