JOB TITLE: Product Management Consultant

The Consumer Product Management Group is charged with delivering next-generation experiences to customers. The Consultant will primarily be responsible for driving the launch of next generation internet service offering for customers. We are looking for a candidate that will define and drive the future of internet.

You will form and deliver world-class, cross-channel experiences that create significant business value and entice customers.

1. Support the development of strategic frameworks, customer and competitor insights, technology trend assessments, and business cases to ensure the leadership team is engaging in strategic conversations re: The Consumer domain.

2. Determine opportunities using a variety of channels including data analytics, competitive research, and design hypotheses.

3. Help define the customer support mode

4. Identify user needs/use cases, create compelling solutions, define and prioritize requirements on a roadmap

5. Own and execute product features & services and manage all associated operational activities throughout the product lifecycle in collaboration with other functional groups including user stories, UX, Care, IT and technology.

6. Evaluate new technology options & services to drive new business ideas and product strategies.


Product Management Consultant


Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience

Six or more years of relevant work experience

Management / strategy consulting/customer experience

Competitive insights / market research

Customer experience focused.

Product Management and Strategy

Experience working with cross-functional teams & end-to-end product launch

Excellent Executive level power point presentation skills

Experience in Telecom industry & launching relevant products/apps


Experience in the telecom, data networking and/or consumer sector(s) strongly desirable.

Prior experience in customer support & broadband products

Excellent academic background. Masters or MBA, desirable.

High-energy, strategic thinker, with strong quantitative and analytical skills, and critical thinking abilities.

Great sense of intellectual curiosity about the broadband space and how broadband can impact society.

Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. Experience supporting executive-level communications in a rapid-paced environment a plus.

Agility with PowerPoint and Excel.

Financial modeling experience a plus.

Experience working in a large, dynamic, complex organization, where developing strong interpersonal relationships and leading through influence are keys to success.

Ability to manage ambiguity and a changing environment with multiple stakeholders.

Strong sense of accountability in delivering rigorous, impactful analysis.
