- Assist in creating documentation for installing and troubleshooting hardware and/or software issues
- Serve as the point of contact for unresolved problems from the Help Desk
- Perform call logging, updating and closing of activities and assignments in problem management and service request management tools
- Install hardware and software including operating system and office applications
- Perform required quality assurance tests

responsibilities:
Desktop Support Technician: This technician will work in a fast-paced, energetic environment interacting with many areas within our organization. This resource will build/configure Windows workstations for corporate associates while performing advanced software/hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics. In addition, the resource will troubleshoot and respond to user questions, track and update open calls and/or escalate problems.
