Description:

Skills and Competencies: Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem solving ability. Team player and detail oriented. Ability to communicate effectively and confidently across multiple seniority levels and functional groups. Ability to coordinate engine software validation, assign resources and communicate issues and resolutions to team lead and Manager. Previous experience with computer applications and functional engine operation knowledge is an asset. Engineering activity planning, and coordination among multiple engineering functional groups. Organizing meetings to assess and coordinate engine software validation resources appropriately. Providing frequent updates to team lead and management on progress of assigned engineering development programs

Required Skills:

Knowledge of project planning methodologies and tools, basic knowledge of engine systems and operation

MUST HAVE:

o Working knowledge of J1939 Communication Protocol,

o Working knowledge of CAN CCP, Vector Tools

o CAN Datalinks

o Mathworks tool - Matlab and Simulink

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in engineering required. 2 to 5 engineering experience required.

Soft skills required:

Excellent communication skills: Must be a team player and be able to communicate project progress issues and resolutions to team lead and Manager. Working well in teams, self starter, flexible, adaptability in fast paced environment
