Help Desk Tier 2 Inbound Phone Support

job summary:
Our client, a Medical Device Manufacturer, is looking to add a team member to it's internal Help Desk - Inbound IT Support. The ideal candidate has amazing customer service skills and eagerness to learn and engage with the internal team and end users. Ample experiecne with Microsoft O365, Windows 7 and 10, Teams and secure access remidiation.

responsibilities:
Job Purpose - Provide premium, remote IT support (voice, chat and email) to inside end users who operate in a fast paced, demanding environment. Eager to collaborate with team members Flexible work schedule (open to OT opportunities) Exceptional customer service Friendly Patient Able to de-escalate frustrated callers Experience walking users through installation and troubleshooting steps verbally and in writing
