job summary:
Our digital advertising agency client is looking for a full-time Account Director! The Account Director will work remotely, collaborating with an Account and Digital Media team, clients & vendors. They'll lead the charge on developing and executing strategic media plans, client service & team leadership.
Responsibilities: - Work with the client to understand business goals and develop strategies across Search, Social Media, Mobile, Programmatic, Email & more
- Run successful advertising campaigns, leveraging Paid Media expertise and company and industry best practices
- Manage small internal Account and Digital team and external partners to execute initiatives
- Lead weekly reviews to assess strategies and identify and present new opportunities for growth
- Champion company capabilities to drive up-sell and new opportunities where appropriate
Qualifications: - 3+ years in a leadership role at a digital agency or major company
- Proven success leading digital campaigns with an emphasis on Paid Search and Paid Social
- Ability to manage teams, multiple accounts & projects simultaneously to meet objectives
- Experience with website, analytics, CRM & Social Media tools (Google Analytics/Ads, UTM tagging, Sprinklr, Kenshoo, Salesforce, Facebook Blueprint Certification preferred
- Outstanding data analysis skills, experience generating digital media reports
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, strengths in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excited by a startup environment and a passion for digital media

responsibilities:
? Develop strategic media and measurement plans across supported media platforms based on client objectives and KPIs
? Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of the paid channels.
? Provide Paid Media expertise to manage internal/external client needs while applying Realtime Media and industry best practices to media campaigns
? Run successful advertising campaigns in line with the clients' digital advertising strategies, driving weekly reviews to assess and revise strategies when necessary
? Work with the client to improve both the Paid service itself and its alignment with the client's core business
? Direct and indirect team management (account leadership, line and resource management)
? Ensure that the team is prepared for all client meetings and calls having new insights, test recommendations or industry updates to discuss with the client
? Champion the team's skills and expertise internally to drive up-sell of the department's services
? Identify additional commercial opportunities where appropriate
? Focus heavily on client satisfaction and product / service improvement
