Our enterprise client has an opening for an experienced Office 365 engineer to handle collaboration and communication services.
Candidiate will have extensive background in Office 365 Engineering and drafting solutions as well as daily operational and strategy responsibilities.
Engineering expertise as well as ability to communicate and present to all levels of IT management.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client's Office 365 tenant, Collaboration services and Communication services
Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting collaboration components in Office 365, WebEx, Sharepoint, Microsoft Teams, Polycom, Cisco, and associated infrastructure, including all related applications and services. The candidate must lead efforts in troubleshooting, remediating, and optimizing collaboration-based issues, while also working with engineering requirements and providing strategic recommendations to management.
Will be responsible for coordination and mangement of production changes, report/document platform issues, ensure knowledge transfer occurs between engineering and operations staff, and identify opportunities to enhance/optimize/improve overall service to the clients. The candidate must have a solid technical infrastructure experience, in addition to a superior service-oriented approach to infrastructure operations.
Hands-On Administration Office 365 and monitor Office 365 service health
Evaluate Office 365 capabilities and make recommendations for leveraging new features
Keep up with industry knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, concepts, best practices
Microsoft Teams administration and deployment strategies
Hands-on technical experience in Video Conferencing integration experience with Cisco Webex and MS Teams
Working knowledge of integrating Office 365, Exchange, Skype, Teams, WebEx, Cisco, and Polycom
Expertise in coordination and escalation to Microsoft support and ability to coordinate with first- and third-party software vendors as needed for resolution of business-impacting problems
