This critical role partners with the UX, Product Management, Sales Analytics, Marketing and Enterprise Technology teams to scope, design and execute the digital analytics strategy for our organization. This role has distinct ownership of scoping, designing & implementing digital testing and analytics systems that will inform the organization's focus across the digital touch points, with emphasis on the overall performance, conversion and personalization. Responsible for the evaluation of the current measurement practices and capabilities, formulating a vision for further evolution and defining a pragmatic roadmap to achieve it. Presents the extracted insight to the channel management and other stakeholders, while exposing the assumptions and validation work through data storytelling, effective communication of data analysis, visualization, and narrative. Manages and mentors direct reports. Actively participates in the UX (user experience) research initiatives, such as usability studies, consumer persona research, etc. In collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams, works to identify, quantify & prioritize opportunities to improve digital (online, mobile, conversational) experience, building out consistent business cases and quantitative/qualitative measurement systems to align stakeholders and deliver measurable results. Defines seeks the executive management's buy-in and execute the digital analytics roadmap for both digital operations and strategic initiatives inclusive of reporting, KPIs, analytics, data strategy & digital testing plans. Checks the quality of analytical deliverables produced by junior data talent, provides additional insight and mentorship.
