  • Supports desktops, laptops, displays, chrome books, win books, printers, mobile devices, iPads,
  • Support Active Directory and Google Workplace
  • Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Drive, VPN Access, MAC OS, iOS, Chrome OS, Android OS
  • Provides Remote Support using Remote Desktop Tools
  • Image and Deploy Devices
  • Troubleshoot Connectivity issues using Network Testing Equipment
  • Install and troubleshoot Structured Cabling (Copper and Fiber Optic)

Monday - Friday, 7 hours/day, 35 hours/week
