Seeking a Product Manager to manage and lead a portfolio of product data analytics, integration & visualization solutions. We are looking for an experienced thinker with high attention to detail, and strong execution and project delivery skills.

The role of the Product Manager is to partner with our client's internal and external business partners to gather, understand, and define business requirements for our data analyzation & integration solution. In this position, you will have a direct role in defining the product vision and driving continuous product innovation to deliver an integration platform that meets our data inference & analytics needs. By understanding user personas and combining market analysis, end-user feedback, and software development knowledge, you will establish a distinctive product vision, multi-year solution roadmap, and an effective engineering partnership to deliver a world-class solution in the health vertical.

As with the strategic aspects of this role, the Product Manager will be responsible for creating user stories, process flows, functional requirement specifications, data integration standard, to support the design and development of an integration platform to enable integration across Vibrent's suite of platforms and external stakeholders. strong collaboration with both end users, solutions partners, and technical developers is vital for this role, along with the ability to define end-to-end workflows and manage acceptance testing. This position will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to ensure that the company's tactical and strategic objectives are met.

This role is within the Enterprise Product team. The Enterprise team is a customer-oriented team responsible for building capabilities to help organizations run successful digital health studies. Its product suite is all encompassing of a research study from recruitment to engagement to analyzing data and managing a study.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a product vision & roadmap focused on data integration and analytics capabilities
  • Work closely with Engineering and QA teams to develop and enhance the enterprise product analytics platform to enable health study researchers and study staff get access to study data for various purposes
  • Lead product development within an agile environment, specifically documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, experience design
  • Work with technical leads & architects to understand and define data architecture, pipelines, and structure. Assess and address technical risks
  • Engage with end-users and partners, including research, provider, and other health data partners, to understand user needs, define objectives, end-to-end workflow, persona-driven use cases, and data exchange requirements that lead to a secure data retrieval, retention and management capability that meets Vibrent's research and participant experience needs
  • Work with peer product owners on cross-product and end-to-end integration capabilities
  • Analyze and document complex business requirements and processes; constructs conceptual data and process models; develops business requirements
  • Create business and technical documentation to enable internal & partner data integrations.
  • Successfully manage User Acceptance Testing prior to the delivery of new features and projects
  • Effectively lead cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and mission goals
  • Develop presentations and communications materials for internal and external audiences
  • Lead user testing for features with support from UX Research & design teams
  • Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the data storage, analytics, and integrations space
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a product or system integrator role within the software industry, with experience developing customer-facing products
  • strong knowledge of data and integration infrastructure and integration solutions
  • Ability to understand the complexity, costs, and tradeoffs with various machine learning options
  • Ability to understand time boxing of data exploration
  • Ability to plan and implement a data strategy for collecting, managing and consuming data
  • strong execution skills. You should be able to plan and organize a project and lead it towards completion
  • Ability to work independently with directional guidance from leadership
  • An ability to meet commitments, build consensus, negotiate resolutions, and garner respect from other teams
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements
  • Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
  • Experience collaborating with senior business stakeholders
  • Candidate must have either a business or an engineering bachelor's degree, with an advanced technical degree a plus
  • Experience working with Agile software development methodology, working with Scrum teams, and experience using an Agile project management tool such as JIRA
