Digital Marketing-Paid Search and Media

job summary:
Summary

- The Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search & Media will own all paid search performance to drive incremental growth across our digital landscape.

- As the subject matter expert, you will work closely with internal stakeholders as well as our agency partners to steer the continued growth of this critical channel, driving paid search, paid social, display and native ads to deliver significant, qualified paid traffic.

- You will help develop strategies, identify optimization opportunities and execute day-to-day tactics to increase marketing-driven pipeline and site traffic.

- You must have good communications skills with the ability to confidently present campaign performance, provide ongoing recommendations and thought leadership on the latest industry trends to senior managers, including the executives.

- You will work to manage budgets including spend forecasts; manage keyword builds and audits, campaign testing promotion execution, and daily bid optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Directly oversee and implement the strategy and execution of ads on key platforms including Google, Bing, Amazon, social platforms and display channels

- Analyze campaign & ad group level performance and make needed adjustments like budgets, keyword bids, auto-bid targets, device adjustments.

- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

- Analyze and report on performance using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)

- Monitor online/digital marketing trends and keep strategies up to date.

- Drive day-to-day digital channel operations in tandem with assisting in the development of the channel's long-term strategy.

- Maintain and expand partnerships with media agencies and vendors to deliver results.

Education and/or Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

- 5+ years of related experience in digital marketing and communications

- Health Care industry experience with a manufacturer/brand preferred.

- Google Analytics and AdWords experience required.

- Google Ads Certification highly desirable.

- Knowledge in key areas of marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM)

- Experience marketing a consumer product or brand.

- In-depth knowledge of online media

- Comfortable performing various basic technical tasks associated with managing online advertising.

- Familiarity with product data feeds used in shopping ad campaigns.

- Must be creative, self-directed, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and a good sense of basic design.

- Skilled at time, task, and budget management - especially attentive to detail and deadlines

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
