The Senior FPGA Engineer plays a key role in the development of a sophisticated robotic surgical system. She/he will understand the system from both a technical perspective and the user's viewpoint, and contribute to algorithms and implementations that ultimately drive definition and development of Robotics and Digital Solutions. We will set a new industry benchmark for robotic surgical capability. We are looking for a candidate who can work independently and function well within a team. The candidate is flexible, self-motivated, curious and passionate about revolutionizing the world of medical robotics.

responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
·Hardware description level (HDL) development through the full design cycle of requirements to functional test for brushless motor control
·Work with other specialists (mechanical, electrical, software) as part of a focused multi-functional team developing FPGA code for medical applications.
·Define and develop RTL designs, functional simulation, hardware integration, and hardware verification
·Create specifications and requirements based on hardware design, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical and user inputs.
