job summary:
Data Architect = "Marketing / SFDC data and reporting specialist "

· Looking for someone who really knows Marketing data, from a reporting and insights perspective, with product knowledge of Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud.

· The ideal candidate would have technical ability to analyze data and implement, but have stronger consulting and architect/solution skills and experience.

· Our team is responsible for campaign and pipeline reporting for 3 marketing teams, along with platform innovation. Our roadmap includes implementing multitouch attribution, and a single view of the customer. (customer 360 + interactive studio)

· Role will include:

o Work with various marketing teams to understand, educate and guide them on the campaign, contact and pipeline performance insights and reporting

o Work with our Data Analyst to analyze and build reports

· Datorama, Sales Cloud and Einstein Analytics

· Note: there is an Einstein team we work with to deliver exec reports through so no technical skills required here.

o Work with out platform team on data capture best practices and progressive profiling (Marketing Cloud Forms)

o Lead/architect initiatives and programs to help expand the reach of Marketing Campaigns, which could include integrating or leveraging other data sources from across Cisco.

o Lead/architect roadmap items to help us better understand the customer, and the buying journey. (Customer 360 & Interactive studio)

· The role reports to the Marketing platforms lead, who is responsible for platform innovation and scale.

· We have recently taken on supporting new teams, which span top, middle and bottom of funnel, (bottom more of a tiger team influencing large deals), for each team, reporting is fairly basic, focused on contacts acquired and pipeline # and $, there is a desire for deeper insight. This role will be integral to helping us evolve & scale.

· The broader team is responsible for email Journey & cloud page development, campaign reporting via Datorama, exec reporting, web tools and customer insights.

· An ideal candidate would be proactive, knowledgeable and a team player

· Our Marketing Cloud instance is less than 2years old, we have some solid foundations to build on.
