Solutions Architect

job summary:
Actively participate in continuous improvement and collaborate cross functionally and cross-center to further generate ideas and knowledge sharing 2. Attend daily agile stand-up call with Implementation Team to maintain communication with teams. 3. Identify product requirements for future enhancements: you will have hands on the product to solution and configure enhancements to existing product applications. 4. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile inconsistency, and break down highlevel information into details and actionable items. 5. Work with Implementation Team and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce design. 6. Troubleshoot and fix immediate customer's needs. Utilize diagnostic skills to find and resolve the underlying causes of issues with the product and its intended functionality. Discover intelligent workarounds where a full fix is not feasible. 7. Research solutions by providing alternatives for product development needs. 8. Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality. 9. Work with Sales Team to determine efforts for enterprise-level sales demonstrations. 10. Work with Quality Assurance Specialists in testing cycles (e.g., UAT, regression, system). 11. Support Delivery Manager.

The SA will collaborate with 2 teams of people primarily: Implementation and Development. This role will play a key role in the success of customers implementations and support while also assisting sales to bring in new customers.

Active Salesforce certifications and ability to achieve additional relevant certifications upon hire - Experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce - strong written and oral communication skills with internal teams and external customers - strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligence - The ability to actively research solutions for determining new features, enhancements, and refactoring existing functionality. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fully agile project team to plan sprints, expand stories into tasks, work on removing impediments, and execute at top velocity while focusing on rapid and incremental delivery high quality configurations.
