Safety Systems and Analytics Analyst

job summary:
We have a 6 month renewable position for a Safety and Analytics Reporting Specialist for a client of ours in RTP, NC. We are looking for local candidates who can go in the office as needed. Candidate need to have experience with day-to-day operations of one major drug safety system and experience with Business Objects for reporting.

The Technology, Analytics and Data Insights (TADI) Analyst role supports the Global Safety and Regulatory Sciences business unit in the collection, management, storage, analysis, and reporting of safety data in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role blends knowledge of Drug Safety operations and associated regulatory requirements with technical expertise to ensure the highest data quality possible and to meet the business unit's reporting and analysis needs in support of managing the safety of our marketed and investigative products.

The Analyst is viewed as a subject matter expert in certain technologies, specifically Safety Systems (ArisGlobal LSMV/Arisg, Oralce Argus, Empirica, etc.) and reporting tools (BusinessObjects, Tableau, PowerBI). The Analyst will be responsible to maintaining the safety systems in compliance with regulations and based on business requirements as well as creating and generating outputs from the systems used in GSRS.

The roles requires 4+ years experience in an R&D group in the Pharma/Biotech industry and advanced administrative knowledge of the above mentioned systems and reporting tools. Bachelor's Degree required.
