This is currently set at a 6 month contract but has potential to extend. This role is fully remote but must work on Pacific Standard Time. We are seeking an outstanding Policy Ops Specialist (contractor) to join our growing Trust & Safety team. This individual will provide day-to-day today support for policy enforcement operations via vendor management, escalation handling, process optimization, and maintaining a strong feedback loop among key cross-functional stakeholders in order to help ensure company is a safe and positive experience for everyone. What You'll Do
- Review content to ensure compliance with prohibited content policies
- Triage high profile and/or time-sensitive internal escalations
- Support vendor operations
- Work with key cross-functional stakeholders to improve internal escalation processes, enforcement workflows, and tooling
- Gather feedback from operations teams for opportunities to clarify policies and/or enforcement guidance
- Experience level:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors
