job summary:
SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator Data Analyst position is responsible for analyzing daily activities and production data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

? Liaison with customers to analyze daily receipts, shipments, and production activities.

? Audit bill on production data and determine billable opportunities.

? Use various software programs, including RTMD proprietary software.

? Act as a point of contact with Customers, Sales Project Coordinators and Manufacturing Project Coordinators on one time charges, such as tooling, overtime issues, scrap and rework

? Interact with Account Executives, Sales Project Coordinators and customer planners to assure completion of projects; problem solve as needed

? Receive and verify customer purchase orders

? Create and submit sales orders to RTMD Accounts Receivable department upon receipt of customer purchase order

? Resolve discrepancies and settle purchase order disputes

? Proactively track, evaluate and maintain data on unbilled/un-reconciled tooling

? Assist Manufacturing PC with monthly inventory reconciliation

? Research non-moving inventory items (no activity for 90 days)

? Prepare customer specific inventory summaries on a monthly or quarterly basis, as appropriate

? Promptly devalue and scrap obsolete and/or over-run inventory in the AS400

? Complete and submit customer specific obsolete material forms to Account Executives

? Act as a liaison with the RTMD Accounting Department; provide accurate information to generate the shipping and tooling accruals

? Other duties as required

Measure/check in topsheets sheets

Look up on hand quantity in AS400

Fill in on hand quantity, topsheet size and number up on job jackets

Release orders in KIWI

Deliver job jackets to Scheduling office

Update purchase order prices in AS400

Distribute FedEx packages in the AM/Box up and create FedEx labels in the PM

Create folders/labels for new projects

Create P&G One Time Cost forms for design & tooling

OTHER QUALIFICATIONSPrevious customer service experience: project management skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills are required
