This is a immigration case manager role.
One needs experience with working on USCIS systems;
Comes from a Legal & or immigration case background
Do you have a law or paralegal support experience?;
Do you know the H-1 B's filing steps and other visa processes?
Do you know the Global immigration processes, which includes U.S but know how it is done in other countries?
Have you been involved with employee transfer relocations globally?
One will need a BS Degree with 5 years of overall experience.

Sr Global Mobility Specialist to support immigration activities into all countries where the client has employee mobility needs. Includes H1B filing, preparing and filling PERM labor certification cases, working with Talent Acquisition in hiring processes that require via sponsorship, creating program reporting & analytics to capture program activity and impact, tracking and maintaining foreign tax exemption list for Client's payroll, preparing employment verification letters for employees, relocation case management support, and would be partnering with our immigration law firm. Bachelor degree plus 5 yrs of relevant experience.
