We are looking for a Marketing project manager for a permanent position with one of our premier clients in San Antonio Texas. This person will Plan, manage, and follow through with projects related to marketing campaigns from beginning to end. Responsible for the following project management areas: scope management, project planning and scheduling, resource management, RACI, risk and issue management, communication management, project monitoring/controlling and project status reporting.
5 years of Marketing PM experience in a financial organization/ Add agency
3 years of experience managing direct reports
PM cert is required

work hours: 8am to 4pm
Minimum of five (5) years of marketing project management experience in a financial services organization or advertising agency.
Minimum three (3) years of experience managing direct reports, as well as large cross-functional teams. PM Cert is required (PMP, CPM, etc.)
Significant experience in demonstrating thought-leadership, initiative-taking, decision-making and creativity solving business problems. Experience using project management/ticketing/workflow platforms
(Asana & Basecamp preferred
) to track project tasks, progress, and to generate reports.
Highly organized, self-directed with an emphasis on time management.
Effectively manage unpredictable workload, balance competing priorities, and meet concurrent deadlines, while also responding with flexibility to unanticipated requests.
Work well in teams and solve complex problems, including conflict resolution. strong writing, listening and communication skills with an ability to foster and cultivate professional relationships with internal and external project stakeholders.
strong planning and organizational skills with a laser-focused attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Work flexible hours as needed, including possible weekends.
