The Technical Product Owner creates product road-map, defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision, and owns the architectural decisions for the team. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team's effort is aligned with overall strategy.

  • Manages dependencies with other team's functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary.
  • Drives the team's engineering practices in test driven development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Hands-on team member who actively coaches the team to solve complex problems.
  • They would define and evolve our product vision, strategy, and road-map for Enterprise Analytics (Adobe Analytics) and Tag Management (Adobe Launch) that provides business value, optimization insights, and streamlines tagging implementation across digital touch-points.
  • They would oversee the creation and maintenance of rule and analytics-based audiences and segments used to inform all inbound and outbound channels and media experiences.
  • They would study market trends, partner with other Product Managers and Engineering to develop a long-term vision for industry-leading, integrated Digital Analytics & Tagging platforms that allow for future growth and revenue opportunities.
  • Capture detailed business requirements and marketing use cases for Digital Analytics & Tagging capabilities. Work with Engineering or DevSecOps to translate marketing requirements to technical / solution design / security and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure the completeness of tagging, define KPIs, and allow for a consistent form of measurement (if/when a global taxonomy is used across our organization)
  • Digital technology experience and/or experience with enterprise Analytics or Tag Management systems (e.g. Adobe Launch, Adobe DTM, Google Tag Manager, or other TMS in web/mobile app environments)
  • Implementation experience with Adobe DTM or Adobe Launch, knowledge of all components of Adobe Analytics platform implementation (preferred)
Typical candidates will possess 6+ years of relevant experience

  • CSPO certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
