Randstad Technologies has a long term consulting opportunity for an experienced Help Desk Analyst to support a hardware refresh project.
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills as well as 1 to 3 years IT support experience.

Responsibilties to include helping to schedule refresh follow up appointmens and monitor post-deployment support in an enterprise environment for 100% remote users.
The analyst will be guiding the employee through the process to ensure that all hardware is functioning properly, including wi-fi support, DUO authentication, Outlook and Microsoft Office support, Office 365, Salesforce launching and other client custom applicaitons. Some AV support to include Zoom and phone connectivity. Confirm with user printer capabilities as well as Outlook settings on new hardware.
Track and maintain all tickets in Service Now. Maintain calendar and do follow up calls with each end users.
