responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications for Internal Bidding:

  • Minimum one (1) year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume transaction environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and establish trust with leaders, hiring managers, colleagues and candidates/applicants, and employees.
  • Broad general knowledge of HR concepts, processes and their interdependencies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with team members.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to meet the demands of the diverse and changing needs of the assigned specialty areas.
  • strong customer service focus.
  • Effective team orientation and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, flexibility and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated coordination, organization and project management skills.
  • Extensive working knowledge of personal computers to include Windows based software applications, and web based navigation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of collective bargaining agreement as it relates to seniority, employment security and salary preferred.
  • Knowledge of interest based problem solving preferred.
Audit/Pots positions

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum one (1) year of clerical experience within the past three (3) years.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • The systems: Salesforce, Taleo, MS Teams and tools are still good to have experience with
  • Extensive working knowledge of personal computers to include Windows based software applications and web based navigation skills.
  • Typing 30 wpm.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Effective customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Computer and keyboarding proficiency with advanced MS Excel and Word.
  • Proficient using Outlook and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Minimum of one (1) year Recruitment related experience.
