Desktop Support

job summary:
This Helpdesk/Desktop Support analyst will be working on-site for client assisting in classroom setup/network connectivity/troubleshooting, etc. Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Will be engaging directly with faculty and attendees. Must have helpdesk experience. Must be organized.

responsibilities:
Troubleshooting wifi

Troubleshooting MS Teams connections

Assisting with installing software for classroom projectors

Assisting with connecting faculty to classroom projectors

Inspecting laptops for damages (not sure if they will do this)

MUST HAVE HELP DESK EXPERIENCE

 
qualifications:
  • Experience level: Entry Level
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Education: High School (required)
