Service Desk Analyst

job summary:
Looking for a passionate Service Desk Analyst to Log and categorize all incidents and responses in Client's Incident management system. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced enviornment on a close tight-knit team for an exciting organization that is continuing to grow and evolve.

*MUST have ticketing experience (ServiceNow Preferred), Windows 10, Office 365 troubleshooting, MS Exchange

work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: High School
 
responsibilities:
Experience troubleshooting hardware and software

Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot

Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365

Experience with Ticket /Incident Management systems

Experience with using Active Directory and AD Manager Plus

Experience with cell phones (iPhone & Androids)

Ability to work remote, if need be

Experience with VPN access (FortiToken)

Experience with SharePoint

Password resets and unlocks (we do not do this anymore)

Creating Accounts and disabling users

Adding or removing users to security groups, or setting security access level

Experience with troubleshooting Network printers

Understanding of Microsoft Exchange

User maintenance, configuration of exchange accounts, creating and removing user accounts (this seems to be duplicated from above)
