Field Services Engineer - Los Angeles

job summary:
We are searching for a stellar Modern Client Support Engineer who will represent as a trusted end user Engineer with white glove VIP Service oriented skills for our clients. This person will be best known for being personable and technically savvy with Microsoft office products and their underlying technologies such as troubleshooting Azure AD, Intune, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange as well as familiarity with Windows Server 2012 & 2016 administration.

Position Requirements

· College diploma or University degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent field

· 5+ years of experience in IT end user support

· Exceptional written and oral communication skills

· Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

· Motivated to pursue technical certifications and further education

· Highly self-motivated and directed, in a fast-paced team environment

· Sharp attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Technical Skills:

· Public & Private Cloud

· Windows 10 Desktop

· Windows Server Administration

· General Networking Concepts


· O365 Experience

· Group Policy



· Endpoint Protection

· AIO Printers/Copiers/Scanners

· Nice to have Azure Experience

Nice to Have

· Financial industry experience

· General understanding of market functionality

· Experience with Managed Service Providers

· Experience with Market Data vendors like Bloomberg, Reuters, Factset

· Interest in continuous professional development with a focus on leadership

· Technical certifications preferred

Working Conditions

· Ability to work in an independent environment with moderate supervision

· Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines (including late nights and weekends)

· Ability to travel for business and work beyond normal business hours when necessary

· Ability to be flexible and successfully respond to multiple work pressures

· Sitting for extended periods of time

· Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components

· Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
